  Tips to new student

Canada is an extreme cold country in the winter, temperature some times goes below minus 35 degree celsius.

Therefore we recommend warm clothing like under trousers and high-necks wear with warm jackets, especially who has to use public transport. These stuffs might be cheaper in Nepal.

There are thousands of imported items under $1. Some times these cheap items may not worth you.

There are many Indian, Pakistani and Bangladesi restaurants and grocery stores and some Nepali restaurants.

Nepali could enjoy festivals like Bada Dashain, New year etc. in various Nepali communities like, Nepali Canadian Cultural Society, Pashupatinath Nepal Canadian Cultural Institution, Nepal Canadian Indogeneous Society in Toronto and International Literature of Nepali Society, Ottawa and so on.

Similarly Bangladeshi Students could enjoy Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr festival in various Bangladeshi communities.
